During Hurricane Ida we had flooding in our basement. I called the company at 10:00PM and by 10:30 they were at my house... pumping water. If they hadn’t been there when they were we would have had a complete disaster. They pumped the water, placed fans and dehumidifiers. Came the next day and cut out the damaged sheetrock, took all the damaged items we had stored and cleaned up. Great company. Great serviceread more

I would definitely call them again. I had water coming through my ceiling. I wasn't sure of how big the issue was so I... called them. Tony was at my house in no time to assess the scene and get a handle on the issue. Don and his crew were friendly, polite and respectful of my house when they came to open the ceiling. They cleaned the debris and got a handle on the situation very quickly. This was the first big problem since moving into my house and I am very glad I called Bulovas Restoration. The fire occurred in February 2021. Due to the severity of damage, we needed the house boarded up and secured right away. ... Once the fire department left, different people began walking up the driveway. Sensing vulnerability and confusion, all they wanted was a signature. It was nearly impossible to get these people to leave. Luckily, someone recommended Bulovas Restorations. After a quick phone call, Anthony and a team arrived at the house. They were friendly, efficient, professional and honest. Anthony is extremely personable. He helped make sense out of a terrible situation, and even explained the process ahead. Not only did the Bulovas team secure the house, they helped collect some of our belongings, and even provided a generator to keep our fish pond up and running. To me, this was outstanding service, not only preventing the loss of our koi, but going above and beyond to show they care. Over the next week, Anthony and Don kept in touch with us daily, not only to ensure we were okay, but to answer any questions or concerns, and to simply lend an ear. Knowing Rory and his team are just a phone call away, and knowing that you can trust them, makes the clean up and rebuild a lot easier. As the difficult process of fixing our house continues, we know we can call Rory, Anthony and Don any time, and that when finished, we will have a beautiful house to call home.read more

I remember it like it was yesterday. The fire came from a dryer fire. When it was finally put out we were warned about all... of the companies that would be there offering to do the cleanup which I didn’t know was the owners responsibility at the time. But the most amazing and sweet gentleman approached us with all the certification and credentialing requirements to get the job done. Even the Fire chief gave the thumbs up. The team was extremely honest. They helped us get our most valuable belongings. Nothing was missing no cash no jewelry everything was accounted for. Everything was cleaned up and boarded up. They were so caring in the time of need. They were extremely resourceful in directing me to a public adjuster And contractor. I really appreciate all of their hard work. They even reached out to me months after to make sure everything was going as planned and that we were all ok. A God send!read more

We called him on a Sunday morning and his team came within a few hours to help us. He was thorough and professional and helped us deal with the insurance company during an incredibly stressful time. He met the agent at our home and walked them through his estimate. From there he passed us off to his project manager Shawn and the work they did was impeccable. They even pulled off the impossible, working on Christmas eve just so we could have a functional kitchen on Christmas morning. Bulovas Restorations was a true Godsend after a sprinkler pipe burst in my condo. They were at my home within an hour and... had already opened the walls and ceilings, pulled up the carpeting and padding to dry everything and make sure that no mold would grow. He also arranged for a relocation mover to expertly pack and move all my belongings and furniture to a warehouse so that nothing else would be affected by the water. Rory Bulovas is a true professional. He helped me with the insurance and he hired a project manager to make sure that all went smoothly. Practically my entire duplex condo had to be re-done including wood floors, carpeting, drywall, painting, etc. His kindness and expertise helped me through the six weeks that I was staying in a hotel. He hires only the best people to do the jobs and follows their work every step of the way. I had a multitude of questions and Rory answered them all very quickly. He's very responsive and empathetic. Rory and his team are true professionals! My moms house was converted to natural gas heat by the previous homeowner. The... original fuel oil tank is still in the crawl space on the ground level in the utility room. Sadly after all the years of expansion and contraction of the tank and whatever condensation built up inside the tank decided to crack and leak out. This house stunk up fast. My Mother's hot water tank gave out and spilled at least 15 gallons of water in her living room, closet and bedroom.... Carpeting was saturated. They arrived promptly and immediately began vacuuming up as much water as possible, removed all affected carpeting and placed a few very commercial dehumidifiers and fans for a few days. They came over each day to assess progress and communicated arrival times accurately. Rory, who is the President / CEO, and his crew worked neatly, efficiently and demonstrated care in handling/moving furniture and household items. I admired their work ethics. They even meticulously packed precious items in the China Cabinet. He has a very respectable, friendly and professional crew. They are experienced people who know what has to be done when encountering a restoration project. Finally, we were recommended by my Mother's HVAC company. My husband and I cannot thank Rory and his staff enough for their quality service and work from beginning to end. Our... cesspools backed up into our basement this past Thanksgiving. I initially just called Rory to clean up the mess and fix the carpets in my basement from a flood. He responded right away and was at my house in less than an hour. While he was evaluating the room and entire disaster, he was extremely knowledgeable with all of the additional work that needed to be done due to water leaks and unknown mold. Rory and his team of magicians worked an absolute miracle in a rental property I manage and also in a second property I own.... Tenants often times are hard on carpeting and 5 children under 12 years old can be a challenge to any flooring. He and his team restored the five year old carpet to a very presentable and acceptable level. The other unit had carpeting that is almost 10 year sold and again he worked wonders.
