      I highly recommend Rory and his crew! My husband and I recently purchased our first home and didn’t realize that the home... had a puff back before we purchased. With a new baby on the way you could imagine the stress of dealing with a soot filled basement. Rory made the whole experience stress free and was there in no time!       We couldn’t be happier from start to finish!!! Made 1 phone call to Rory and I don’t think it rang once before he picked up!... He was at my house in less than an hour with an entire crew!! He made such a devastating flood into a smooth and actually enjoyable process! Would recommend to anyone!       We met Rory after he attempted to assist with a sharpie/carpet incident from our 4YO, but had the pleasure of working with... him after a pipe burst in our kitchen/family room. We called him on a Sunday morning and his team came within a few hours to help us. He was thorough and professional and helped us deal with the insurance company during an incredibly stressful time. He met the agent at our home and walked them through his estimate. From there he passed us off to his project manager Shawn and the work they did was impeccable. They even pulled off the impossible, working on Christmas eve just so we could have a functional kitchen on Christmas morning. Every single person we dealt with was honest and professional and would 1000% recommend them to anyone.read more

      I need to give 100 stars to Rory and his crew. I had to shut down one of my stores because of a team member being exposed to... covid. We didn’t want to take any chances. First step we took was to call Rory. He was there in less than a hour. He came in and Electrostatic disinfected our shop. It was definitely peace of mind for not only myself,my customers but the awesome employees we have at our burrito shop. He also came down and did my other shop as well.       I can’t say enough about Rory and his crew. We had refinished our basement on our own- paint, Sheetrock, flooring etc, and 3... weeks after we had a flood causing everything to be ripped up and start over. They were compassionate, sensitive to our timeline and the need for the basement to be put back together. They are honest and trustworthy. They treated our home like theirs.       Bulovas Restorations was a true Godsend after a sprinkler pipe burst in my condo. They were at my home within an hour and... had already opened the walls and ceilings, pulled up the carpeting and padding to dry everything and make sure that no mold would grow. He also arranged for a relocation mover to expertly pack and move all my belongings and furniture to a warehouse so that nothing else would be affected by the water. Rory Bulovas is a true professional. He helped me with the insurance and he hired a project manager to make sure that all went smoothly. Practically my entire duplex condo had to be re-done including wood floors, carpeting, drywall, painting, etc. His kindness and expertise helped me through the six weeks that I was staying in a hotel. He hires only the best people to do the jobs and follows their work every step of the way. I had a multitude of questions and Rory answered them all very quickly. He's very responsive and empathetic.       Rory and his team are true professionals! My moms house was converted to natural gas heat by the previous homeowner. The... original fuel oil tank is still in the crawl space on the ground level in the utility room. Sadly after all the years of expansion and contraction of the tank and whatever condensation built up inside the tank decided to crack and leak out. This house stunk up fast. I called Rory and he came as soon as he could. The next day him and his team arrived to clean up the spill. Being in the building trades myself I know quality and professionalism when I see it!       My Mother's hot water tank gave out and spilled at least 15 gallons of water in her living room, closet and bedroom.... Carpeting was saturated. They arrived promptly and immediately began vacuuming up as much water as possible, removed all affected carpeting and placed a few very commercial dehumidifiers and fans for a few days. They came over each day to assess progress and communicated arrival times accurately. Rory, who is the President / CEO, and his crew worked neatly, efficiently and demonstrated care in handling/moving furniture and household items. I admired their work ethics. They even meticulously packed precious items in the China Cabinet. He has a very respectable, friendly and professional crew. They are experienced people who know what has to be done when encountering a restoration project. Finally, we were recommended by my Mother's HVAC company. We quickly realized Bulovas Restorations Inc. is a top notch company. I highly recommend this company for what usually is a heartbreaking event in your home.read more

      My husband and I cannot thank Rory and his staff enough for their quality service and work from beginning to end. Our... cesspools backed up into our basement this past Thanksgiving. I initially just called Rory to clean up the mess and fix the carpets in my basement from a flood. He responded right away and was at my house in less than an hour. While he was evaluating the room and entire disaster, he was extremely knowledgeable with all of the additional work that needed to be done due to water leaks and unknown mold. Rory let us know what we had to do and he handled everything with our home owners insurance. Our headache turned into a blessing in disguise after Rory and his team started and are now finished with the work. They communicated effectively, were efficient and reliable.       Had an oil burner puff back resulting in black soot all over the house. They responded immediately. Removed and replaced... all damage including new insulation, sheetrock, flooring, painting and cleaning. They dealt with the insurance company and had all professional contractors come to do the work they do best. They handled everything from start to finish. My house is now in like new condition.       Rory and his colleague arrived on a rainy Sunday after we learned of our mold issues, assessed the work required, returned... first thing the following morning and handled all of the interaction with our Insurance company. Our contractor was extremely impressed with their work and will be recommending them to their clients.       Rory and his team of magicians worked an absolute miracle in a rental property I manage and also in a second property I own.... Tenants often times are hard on carpeting and 5 children under 12 years old can be a challenge to any flooring. He and his team restored the five year old carpet to a very presentable and acceptable level. The other unit had carpeting that is almost 10 year sold and again he worked wonders. As a result of his work the carpets will not have to be replaced. I couldn't be happier! Rory is vey responsive and priced fairly.
